You must provide us with an email to your paypal account as phone number (if in kenya) . If the renter pays through mpesa the payments will be transferred to you through mpesa. Outside Kenya the payment will be achieved through your paypal address.
We understand plans change, and you are free to cancel anytime before the rental start date, even if the rental has been confirmed. If you need to cancel the rental, you must first notify the other party as soon as possible on order to give them ample time to plan accordingly. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
If you cancel on a short of notice, you may be subject to a bad review per at the other party’s discretion.

Once you have received your gear and have confirmed every item is accounted for and it is all in good-working order, you can then mark the rental as complete. To do so, you must respond to the reservation email of the rental “Rental as Complete.”

No, as an owner we do not expect you to deliver the gear to the renter unless you want to. Most of the time a renter will meet the owner at their preferred location.
We currently do not insurance options but highly recommend for the owners to have their own insurance cover for the equipment. We also do a background check; address, state ID, phone verification. This is more protection than any other rental institute currently on the market. So theft is an anomaly. However, if you require we would hold a full deposit of the renters, so in case of theft yes we would pay you in full.
Yes, but only if that person is expressly authorized by the renter, and the owner is informed and expressly agrees to an authorized representative of the renter picking up the gear. The authorized representative’s government-issued ID should also be checked by the owner during the pickup.
